Abstract

¿¬±¸¸ñÀû: º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ¸ñÀûÀº ´Ù¾çÇÑ ¼Ò¼ö¼ºÀ» Áö´Ñ ÃֽŠ»ó¾ÆÁú Á¢Âø½Ã½ºÅÛ°ú Àú¼öÃà silorane ·¹ÁøÀÇ ¹Ì¼¼ÀÎÀå°áÇÕ°­µµ¸¦ Æò°¡ÇÏ´Â °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

¿¬±¸ Àç·á ¹× ¹æ¹ý: 36°³ÀÇ °« ¹ßÄ¡µÈ Á¦3´ë±¸Ä¡¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇß´Ù. Low-speed diamond saw¸¦ »ç¿ëÇÏ¿© ±³Çո鿡 ÆòÇàÇÏ°Ô Ä¡°üÀ» À߶ó middle dentinÀ» ³ëÃâ½ÃÄ×´Ù. Ä¡¾Æ¸¦ ¹«ÀÛÀ§·Î 9 groupÀ¸·Î ³ª´³´Ù. Silorane self-etch adhesives (SS), SS + phosphoric acid etching (SS + pa), Adper Easy bond (AE), AE + Silorane system bonding (AE + SSb), Clearfil SE bond (CSE), CSE + SSb, All-Bond 2 (AB2), AB2 + SSb, All-Bond 3 (AB3). Á¢ÂøÁ¦¸¦ Àû¿ëÇÑ ÈÄ¿¡ Filtek LS (3M ESPE)¸¦ 2 mm¾¿ 3ȸ ÀûÃþÃæÀüÇÏ¿´´Ù. °¢ ÃþÀº 40s¾¿ ±¤ÁßÇÕÇÏ¿´´Ù. 0.8 mm 0.8 mm stickÀ» Micro Tensile Tester·Î 1 mm/min cross-head speedÀÇ ÀÎÀå·ÂÀ» °¡ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÆÄÀý¾ç»ó¸¦ °üÂûÇϱâ À§ÇØ ±¤ÇÐÇö¹Ì°æÀ» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿´´Ù. 5°¡Áö Á¢ÂøÁ¦ÀÇ ¼Ò¼ö¼ºÁ¤µµ¸¦ °áÁ¤ÇϱâÀ§ÇØ water sorption testÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú: silorane ·¹Áø°ú 5°¡Áö Á¢ÂøÁ¦ÀÇ : SS, 23.2 6.9 MPa; CSE, 19.4 4.4 MPa; AB3, 30.3 4.0 MPa; AB2¿Í AE, no bond. Additional layering of SSb: CSE + SSb, 26.2 10.3 MPa; AB2 + SSb, 33.9 7.3 MPa; AE + SSb, no bond. ³ôÀº ´Â cohesive failure¿Í °ü·ÃÀÖ¾ú´Ù. SS´Â ³·Àº °¡Àå ³·Àº water sorptionÀ» º¸¿´°í ´ÙÀ½À¸·Î AB3, AE, CSE, AB2 ¼ø¼­¿´´Ù. AE´Â °¡Àå ³ôÀº ¿ëÇصµ¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³Â°í ´ÙÀ½À¸·Î CSE, AB2¿´´Ù.

°á·Ð: Á¢ÂøÁ¦ÀÇ ¼Ò¼ö¼ºÀÌ Áõ°¡ÇÒ¼ö·Ï, silorane ·¹ÁøÀÇ Á¢Âø°­µµµµ Áõ°¡ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ºñÀü¿ëÁ¢ÂøÁ¦ À§¿¡ silorane adhesive bondingÀ» layeringÇÏ´Â °ÍÀº AB2 + SSb ±×·ì¿¡¼­¸¸ °áÇÕ°­µµ¸¦ À¯ÀÇÇÏ°Ô Áõ°¡½ÃÄ×´Ù. AB3´Â SS¿Í À¯»çÇÑ & water sorptionÀ» ³ªÅ¸³Â´Ù. µû¶ó¼­ AB3´Â siloran resinÀ» Á¢Âø½ÃÅ°´Âµ¥ SS¸¦ ´ëüÇÒ¸¸ÇÑ °æÀï·ÂÀÖ´Â Á¢ÂøÁ¦ÀÌ´Ù.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate (microtensile bond strength) of current dentin bonding adhesives which have different hydrophobicity with low-shrinkage silorane resin.

Materials and Methods: Thirty-six human third molars were used. Middle dentin was exposed. The teeth were randomly assigned to nine experimental groups: Silorane self-etch adhesives (SS), SS + phosphoric acid etching (SS + pa), Adper easy bond (AE), AE + Silorane system bonding (AE + SSb), Clearfil SE bond (CSE), CSE + SSb, All-Bond 2 (AB2), AB2 + SSb, All-Bond 3 (AB3). After adhesive¡¯s were applied, the clinical crowns were restored with Filtek LS (3M ESPE). The 0.8 mm 0.8 mm sticks were submitted to a tensile load using a Micro Tensile Tester (Bisco Inc.). Water sorption was measured to estimate hydrophobicity adhesives.

Results: of silorane resin to 5 adhesives: SS, 23.2 MPa; CSE, 19.4 MPa; AB3, 30.3 MPa; AB2 and AE, no bond. Additional layering of SSb: CSE + SSb, 26.2 MPa; AB2 + SSb, 33.9 MPa; AE + SSb, no bond. High value of was related to cohesive failure. SS showed the lowest water sorption. AE showed the highest solubility.

Conclusions: The hydrophobicity of adhesive increased, and silorane resin bond-strength was also increased. Additional hydrophobic adhesive layer did not increase the bond-strength to silorane resin except AB2 + SSb. All-Bond 3 showed similar & water sorption with SS. By these facts, we could reach a conclusion that All-Bond 3 is a competitive adhesive which can replace the Silorane adhesive system.
